Perhaps because I have a strong preference for English productions (which I love watching in the original language even in all its possible and colorful nuances) I approached this little series with strong expectations. Expectations that are increasingly confirmed episode after episode, thanks to a convincing story, a dense plot and excellent management. I noticed that the reviews online don't give it many points, I honestly don't understand why: it's a well-conducted, well-acted series (the detective is fantastic), well-photographed and above all very exciting. While watching, the more the plot thickened, the more I thought: let's hope they don't ruin everything with an absurd or banal ending, as sometimes happens with thriller series that aren't capable of closing the story coherently (in my opinion it's a requirement fundamental). But this fear turns out to be unfounded: the tension remains very high until the end, and no final disappointment comes to ruin the aftertaste of a series that I found truly enjoyable. It certainly won't go down in the history of the best TV series, but despite this, in my opinion, it really deserves a viewing. Read all

We really liked this! We watched it over three nights and paused multiple times to discuss our theories. This series is fantastic and kept us guessing until the end. It combines an engaging storyline with classic mystery elements, making it hard to identify the culprits. It's a murder mystery, it also tackles important issues like family dynamics, PTSD, Big Pharma, and health, intertwining the lives of various characters. Most importantly, Michelle Keegan shines as Maya Stern, an ex-soldier with a complex past trying to solve her husband and sister's murders, adding depth to the story. Really worth watching!!
