It's not that Alessandro Siani has my complete trust, after the abusive prince, he hasn't done anything anymore. Yet there was a moment that I even thought he could be the new Troisi... I know, I apologize for this. His latest film "It happens in the best families" is a cauldron full of situations already seen, which do not make you laugh at all. It is not a comedy, it is not a comedian. It has no taste of flesh or fish. Not even the support of the good Dino Abbrescia serves a lot, which moreover is never in character. Three brothers, a mother (Anna Galiena who goes out on call...) and only one of them (Siani) speaks and behaves like a Neapolitan and this is just the last straw which makes the glass overflow....You can't see it. However, it enters by right into the ranking of the worst films of 2024, almost winning the podium. Read all
