Nour (Zita Hanrot) is a young nurse who has just returned from a bad accident at work which forced her to leave the emergency room of the hospital where she worked. Her father Simane (Sami Bouajila), a worker and union delegate at the city foundry. Soon Nour will realize that there is something wrong in the factory and will be faced with a choice, to remain silent, or betray her father, collaborate with the journalist Emma (Céline Sallette) and bring out the truth. Farid Bentoumi, inspired to a real fact; the red earth scandal of the Anteo factory in Gardanne; directly follows the trend of a film denouncing large multinationals who have no qualms about polluting the environment. From this point of view his work fully respects the rules of the genre. On the one hand there is the enterprising journalist determined to get to the bottom of it, also unmasking the murky ties of the foundry with local politics. On the other hand, an entire community that pretends not to see in order to safeguard their jobs.
