I think, the best thing about "Air" is its soundtrack, but the film itself felt forced and ultimately fell flat. While it had a few enjoyable moments that captured the 80s vibe, much of it was dull, especially the numerous meetings. If you're a fan of the Nike story, you might enjoy it, but for those not into basketball or Nike's history, it could seem boring. Not really a fan of this film.Read all
There is nothing wrong with transposing the history of the Air Jordan brand into the cinema, still coveted by thousands of kids all over the world today. It is a fascinating story, which would like to convey the message that the money should also be distributed to the players, not just to the companies that exploit their image. And all this is commendable. But I have the impression that the values are only heard in Sonny's speech to MJ and in his mother's words. The rest is just money.
