There are technically perfect films, those that captivate with their aesthetic beauty and artistic mastery and that drive critics and cinephiles crazy with joy. But there are also films that are not technically exceptional, which are not impressive from this point of view, which do not set new standards or which are not particularly original, but which tell a story. A beautiful story, one of those that stay with you, and they do so delicately, accompanying you during the viewing, making you feel like a child whose mother is telling a fairy tale. Well, this film has many aspects that I would technically define as 'average' (acting, photography, direction, screenplay,...) but it tells what, as far as I'm concerned, is the most beautiful story I've ever witnessed. on film; a story that proves that everything is possible, but this time for real, because the story it talks about is also true. A man (a career man, married and father of a family) is diagnosed with fulminant multiple sclerosis, and is told that he will never be able to walk 100 meters all at once again. He will prove to the doctors (and himself) that they were wrong by deciding to face the physically hardest test in the world: the Iron Man triathlon (42 km of running, 3.8 km of swimming and 180 km of cycling).
