A hidden gem
It was only thanks to the recommendation of a friend that I came across this little-known series (perhaps because it is only on Apple TV) which is truly unmissable. An intense, dramatic but also romantic story of a courageous woman in a world and a time in which women couldn't even dare to argue with men (we are in the years just before another unmissable series that talks about men and women - willy-nilly - submissive: Mad Men).
Also in this case, in my opinion, Apple demonstrates that it is capable of doing better than others, in whatever field it decides to try its hand at.
Here everything is at its best, and the rigorous 1950s setting, created with that obsessive attention to aesthetics that has always distinguished any product of the house, is the classic icing on the cake.
